Main Points in the Workshop

The four types of intelligence which subconsciously operate you,
and with which it is time to get acquainted:

  • The intelligence of will power which relates to the desires of the heart, ambitions, values and intentions, which significantly influence the course of our lives. By developing this intelligence we learn to make wise decisions which benefit us and our surroundings.

  • The intelligence of focusing attention, which affects our sense of who we are and the world around us. Cultivating this intelligence has to do with our ability to focus our attention quietly and clearly, and leads to optimal performance in whatever it is we are engaged in.

  • Cognitive intelligence develops through intelligent, clear awareness which enables us to perceive reality as it is rather than  misunderstanding it due two past patterns imprinted in our minds.

  • Emotional intelligence which we cultivate by developing greater awareness to our emotions and to what instigates them, and by maintaining inner silence and an open heart in all of life's transitions.
